User Agreement
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of trustio.shop (the "Service", "we", "us") and the purchase of digital goods offered through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. All wallets, bank accounts, exchanges, and cards are provided for informational purposes only — to demonstrate how payment systems work.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any purchased product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Products
We sell digital goods such as verified accounts. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms to which a product may relate, as those are outside our control. You have 24 hours to check the account. After that period claims are not accepted. This does not mean you can use the account for 24 hours and file claims during that time. Once the account is topped up with any amount — it is considered operational and handed over.
4. Orders & Payment
Payment is made in cryptocurrency. When you place an order we generate a wallet address and an exact amount to send. You must send the exact amount shown to the correct network. Payments are verified automatically on-chain; an order is marked paid only after the matching transaction is detected. Sending an incorrect amount, using the wrong network, or paying after the order window expires may delay or prevent automatic confirmation, in which case settlement is handled manually at our discretion. Each order has a limited payment window shown on the payment page and in your account. If it expires before payment is received, you should create a new order.
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the product is delivered to the Telegram handle or email address you provided at checkout. Make sure your delivery details are correct — we are not responsible for delivery to an address you entered incorrectly.
6. Delivery time
All orders are processed within 2-48 hours. Products are handcrafted to ensure maximum safety. Delivery is not instant. For BUSINESS accounts, delivery may take up to 5 days. Read the product description.
7. Refund Policy
Because we sell digital products that ship quickly and are non-returnable, all sales are generally final. If a product is demonstrably invalid or non-functional on delivery and you report it promptly with evidence, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund. Refunds, where granted, are issued in cryptocurrency to an address you specify.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service or any product for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Agreement. All wallets, bank accounts, exchanges, and cards are provided for informational purposes only — to demonstrate how payment systems work.
9. Disclaimers
The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Trustio is not responsible for blocks imposed by payment systems. Our task is to verify the account. We are not support for payment systems, exchanges, or banks. We cannot predict reasons for blocks. Each system has its own internal rules. If an account is blocked — it means you exceeded those fraud-score limits. But sometimes even in such cases we try to help the client, if possible. The Trustio service is not responsible for funds in accounts. The service is not responsible for account recovery by the holder.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about this Agreement can be sent through our support channels listed on the homepage.
13. Account Refunds
Not possible if the account simply isn't right for you. Please ask all questions before purchasing.
14. Help with unlocking
